we believe the benefits of yoga should extend to the whole family!  in addition to classes for adults, we also offer instruction to get the whole family involved, from prenatal yoga to mommy and me for those with babies and young kids, to age-appropriate sessions for school-age children and teens, and even sessions for couples and seniors.

private yoga sessions allow you to get the highest level of personalized attention from your yoga instructor.  we'll design a progressive yoga program to meet your needs and work with you one-on-one to help you move toward your goals.

starting at $50 per 75-minute session

semi-private yoga sessions allow you to have personalized attention from your yoga instructor with up to 3 friends or exercise partners.  we'll design a progressive yoga program for the group with attention to individual needs to help each person work toward his or her goals.

starting at $80 per 75-minute session (includes up to 4 people)

get away from it all with a personalized yoga retreat planned just for you! we'll work with you to plan an amazing yoga vacation for your group or family. using your budget, timing, and location preferences, we'll design a wonderful retreat complete with yoga, healthy food, and beautiful surroundings.

private yoga retreats at our resort-like dallas area location are also available. great for when you want to get away from it all though prefer not to travel, or plan to travel to the DFW area. stay from 1 day to 2 weeks.
