classes are held in trophy club, tx, just a few miles west of DFW airport and easily accessible by the area's major highways. plus, babysitting is available, so you finally have a way to do it all - and find time for yourself!

class descriptions

hatha yoga

this general yoga class is great for first-timers as well as experienced yogis! we practice a variety of poses incorporating stretching, strengthening, and balance, with modifications offered to tailor the postures to your level.

don't worry if you've never done yoga before - we take it step by step, and everyone is encouraged to go at his or her own pace.

 

discovery yoga

in this class, we explore different practices from the eight limbs of yoga, ranging from hatha yoga asanas (poses) and kundalini yoga kriyas (exercises), to pranayama (breath work), meditation, chanting, and more. it's a different journey each time, and always an adventure! suitable for all levels.


happy yoga

groove along to fun music and get your yoga on to supercharge mind, body, and soul. open to men, women, and mature teens, and guaranteed to be a good time! we practice a variety of poses incorporating stretching, strengthening, and balance. modifications are offered to tailor the practice to your level, and you'll always be encouraged to go at your own pace.  come on and wake up your week!  

 

boot camp yoga

sweat your stress out and get lean, long & strong! great for anyone looking to take it to the next level - for mind AND body. we practice outside, using a variety of basic poses incorporating stretching, strengthening, and balance to create intensity and vigor! modifications are offered to tailor the routine to your level, and you'll always be encouraged to go at your own pace. grab your yoga mat and get ready to rock and roll!

 

vinyasa flow yoga

this flow-style yoga will make you leave it all on the mat, no matter what stresses and worries you come in with!

great for intermediate to more advanced yogis, as well as experienced beginners looking to take it to the next level! we practice a variety of poses incorporating stretching, strengthening, and balance, connected with vinyasa sequences to keep you moving between postures. modifications are offered to tailor the asanas to your level.


yoga for women

all levels are welcome for this ladies-only hatha yoga class. perfect for beginners and first-timers, as well as experienced yogis. an emphasis on poses particular to women's lifestyle, health, and wellness issues, and modifications for tailoring your practice to your ability level are provided.

 

yoga workshop

special yoga topics are addressed in a "clinic"-style format. after a centering practice and brief yoga warm-up, we take on the subject matter at hand! some examples include intro to inversions, pelvic floor workshop, meditation for stress relief, and more!

 

prenatal yoga

expecting moms will practice appropriate yoga poses, practices, and breathing to help prepare and ease the body, mind, and spirit through pregnancy and childbirth. we'll use gentle stretching, strengthening, and flexibility exercises to help create happy, healthy mommies-to-be!

 

children's yoga:

mommy (or daddy) + me (0 - 18 months)

moms/pops + tots (18 months - 3 years)

children's yoga (ages 3-6 + 6-10)

tweens & teens (ages 11-18) 

yoga is a natural way for children to exercise, better understand their bodies and minds, strengthen both their focus and ability to relax, and most importantly - have fun! we offer the radiant child yoga program, full of fun yoga songs, games, movements, and more for your child's health and well-being, no matter his or her age or ability!
